Providing thorough consultations to clients to understand their needs and preferences, and explaining services, prepaids, treatments, and products in a clear and knowledgeable manner.
Staff management : Handling conflicts and fostering a positive team environment, taking care of staff's well-being and professional development, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback etc.
Ensuring the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
Ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
Implementing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.
