Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in UAE hiring to join our team at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of recruitment expertise, strong technical hiring skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, primarily focused on UAE-based hiring.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and social platforms.

Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and provide recruitment strategies.

Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate reports.

Requirements

3–5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment.

Mandatory experience in UAE hiring.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and advanced search methods.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
