Director - UI / UX Design

Role Overview :

As the Director of UI / UX Design, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall design vision and strategy for our digital products.

Youll lead a team of talented designers, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms.

This is a leadership role, where you will inspire and guide your team while ensuring that design processes align with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities : & Team Development : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI / UX designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

• Develop and implement team processes, provide constructive feedback, and support individual Strategy : Define and communicate the UI / UX design vision, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
• Develop comprehensive design strategies that balance aesthetics, usability, and functionality to create exceptional user : Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to ensure design solutions meet business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Promote a user-centered design approach across the Research & Testing : Oversee the creation and execution of user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to continuously improve the design of our Systems : Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all platforms, products, and features.
• Advocate for best practices in design and UI Management : Manage design deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Balance multiple priorities and adapt to changes as & Trends : Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the design team and the organization as a Communication : Present design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables to key stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate design rationale and decision-making processes to both technical and non-technical : : 12+ years of experience in UI / UX design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from concept to : Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles, interface design, and Skills : Deep knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure, etc.).
• Expertise in wireframing, interaction design, and visual Focus : Demonstrated ability to conduct and analyze user research, develop personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Experience with usability testing and data-driven design : Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of designers, foster creativity, and drive continuous Collaboration : Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to partner with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user : Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
