We’re Hiring : Data Analyst / BI Analyst

Work Type : 100% Remote

Experience : 5+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred; up to 15 days acceptable

Summary

Seeking a Data / BI Analyst to develop automated, self-service dashboards and deliver actionable insights

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and publish automated Tableau and Alteryx dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize reporting through Google Analytics where applicable (definitions, tracking improvements, insights).
  • Partner with data engineers to align data structures and ensure reliability and refresh consistency for reporting.
  • Recommend process automation and reporting best practices to improve efficiency and adoption.

Must Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau with a track record of building automated, insight-driven dashboards.
  • Experience with Google Analytics reporting and optimization for digital channels.
  • Ability to translate business questions into KPIs, dashboards, and insight narratives aligned to digital growth.
