Delivery & Aggregator Marketing Manager
Role Overview
The Delivery & Aggregator Marketing Manager will own and drive the end-to-end delivery business, managing key aggregator partnerships including Swiggy, Zomato, DotPe, and Thrive. This strategic role focuses on optimizing platform visibility, performance metrics, menu communication, and customer engagement to unlock direct revenue growth and enhance the delivery experience across cloud kitchens and delivery-focused formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with all food delivery aggregators, negotiating premium placements such as banners, homepage features, exclusive deals, and collections.
- Drive platform-level performance including click-through rates (CTR), conversions, customer ratings, and reviews.
- Optimize menus specifically for delivery platforms, ensuring packaging communicates brand and food quality effectively.
- Develop and execute a monthly growth calendar in collaboration with aggregator platforms to capitalize on key sales opportunities.
- Implement offline-to-online initiatives through QR codes, loyalty programs, and cross-selling strategies to increase repeat orders.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align delivery promotions with paid performance advertising.
- Coordinate with Chefs and Operations for new cloud kitchen launches, delivery-only menus, and menu tweaks to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain consistent and engaging online brand presence including photography, detailed listings, and hygiene compliance across platforms.
- Own delivery KPIs such as revenue, average order value (AOV), order frequency, reorder rates, and aggregator platform visibility.
