Accountant - (F&O specialization)

We are seeking a highly technical and experienced accountant specializing in Futures & Options (F&O), who can manage the complexities of derivative accounting, financial reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Desired expertise includes : F&O specialization

Advanced F&O data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and reconciliation with financial systems.

Derivatives accounting, including hedge accounting, fair value / mark-to-market, and portfolio reporting.

Financial reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Maintain GL, journals, and sub-ledgers; manage AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.

⛩Compliance & taxation

Ensure compliance with IND AS / IFRS and SEBI requirements for F&O reporting.

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax; handle tax implications of F&O transactions.

Support statutory / internal audits and prepare working papers.

Tools & automation

Proficiency with Tally and automated accounting systems.

Build custom reporting templates for complex F&O datasets; improve processes and internal controls.

Collaboration

Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and internal teams.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
