Required Skills and Qualifications :

Relevant experience in site management or administrative support in the real estate industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of real estate practices and terminology.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Can preferred from Real Estate background.

Male candidate preferred

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage the administrative team, ensuring efficient site operations.

Prepare and manage internal communications, reports, and presentations.

Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office ,including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of sites.

Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations.

Assist with budget management, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.

Maintain internal databases. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive

information.

Vendor Management : Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers. Ensure services provided are timely and of acceptable quality. Order office stationery and supplies.
