Role : TIBCO Build Engineer

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

  • Build a high-performance prod / Non-Prod Environment
  • Review request for changes (Business and Functional requirements, etc).
  • Troubleshoot to determine root cause of problems in Production environments
  • Pro-active analysis and monitoring of Production applications
  • Implement workarounds and temporary fixes
  • Perform Application and Middleware logs analysis
  • End-end Incident tracking and client follow-up, including post-mortem
  • Work with 3rd level support (Product owner, application owner or Vendor) to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Define and execute Contingency plans for applications (COB)
  • EOL, EOS Track and fulfilment
  • Participate on Technical Audit review
  • Provide support to Capacity Planning and Performance Management teams
  • Be responsible for problem management including managing outages, resolution, co-

ordination with stakeholders and communication

  • Ensure control processes are in place in alignment with client policies
  • Provide 24x7 on call problem :
  • Strong Administration knowledge on TIBCO EMS, TIBCO BW, TRA, HAWK
  • Strong knowledge on Linux operating systems
  • Strong background on the Unix with scripting (Unix Shell, perl, phyton)
  • Strong knowledge of security (SSL) Configuration
  • TIBCO EMS : installation, configuration, Setup routes, Setup MSPKI certificates
  • TIBCO BW : Configure domains, Package deployments (frontend / backend)
  • Setting up the Monitoring rules through Excellent problem-solving Skills :
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as team player and team leader
  • Strong communication and documentation skills in.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.

  • Ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals
