Role Summary

We are looking for high-caliber professionals with a strong grounding in investment banking, deal advisory, or capital markets research, who can contribute to deal origination, client engagement, and strategic financial communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support deal origination and investor engagement by developing impactful pitch presentations and investor decks
  • Conduct peer benchmarking, market research, and financial analysis to generate insights for client strategies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic proposals, pitch decks, and advisory mandates
  • Partner with client leads to build equity stories and communication strategies for IPOs, M&As, and capital market transactions
  • Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor positioning to advise clients proactively
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing notes, and analytical reports for CXO and board-level audiences

    • Desired Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, capital markets, consulting, or corporate strategy
  • Strong expertise in pitch book creation, deal origination support, and financial storytelling
  • Excellent skills in peer benchmarking, valuation analysis, and industry research
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client-facing discussions and presentations
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Pitchbook, etc.) preferred
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
