Retail Training Coordinator

Job Overview :

We are hiring a Product Trainer for our retail brand, who can guide on ground sales teams with strong product knowledge and help them communicate benefits confidently to customers. You will ensure every team member understands how to recommend the right product for the right concern.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for doctors, therapists, front desk and sales staff
• Teach ingredient knowledge, usage steps, pairing, results timeline, and contraindications
• Create easy training guides, FAQs, product videos, and case studies
• Assess staff knowledge
• Support staff during interactions when needed
• Guide them in skin analysis basics to choose products correctly
• Train on how to explain product routines
• Coach teams on sales conversation skills
• Track product sales performance and plan strategies to improve numbers
• Ensure strong product visibility and correct display
• Prepare launch training modules for new products
