Main Purpose of the Role :
The Territory Business Manager is responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires conducting market research, analyzing potential business avenues, and providing data-backed insights to aid strategic decision-making by senior management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to evaluate potential business development opportunities.
- Identify and assess new markets, products, and partnerships aligned with NovaNxt's strategic objectives.
- Collect, compile, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, and marketing data.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support senior leadership in making informed strategic and operational decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to proactively identify threats and opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the organization.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of territory-level plans.
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns at the ground level.
- Provide regular feedback from the field to help improve offerings, pricing strategies, and service delivery.
