Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Trainee - Industrial Automation at Unfold Technologies Private Limited based in Bengaluru. The Sales Trainee will engage in daily tasks such as assisting in sales management, providing customer service, participating in training sessions and visiting client location. The individual will also be involved in selling IIoT product and MES services, learning and executing sales strategies, and working closely with senior management to grow accounts.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Sales and Training skills

Sales Management experience

Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Bengaluru

Passion for industrial automation and technology

Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the company

Prior experience in sales or the manufacturing industry is a plus

Persuasive presentation skills, with experience delivering tailored pitches

Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Strong time management and organizational skills

A master degree in sales, business, marketing, or a related field.

Ability to travel 25 to 50%
