Full Stack Developer (Solution Architect, Part-Time)

About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Solution Architect) with 10–12 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Node.js and React.js. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable architectures, driving technical decisions, and leading the end-to-end development of complex applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js
• Define and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Lead development efforts and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Ensure performance optimization, high availability, and fault-tolerant system design.
• Oversee code quality, conduct reviews, and enforce development best practices.
• Integrate APIs, microservices, and cloud-based services effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 10–12 years of overall experience in software development.
• Proven hands-on expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js (Express / Nest.js).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and API design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD).
• Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL – e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client interaction abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Prior experience in a solution architect or technical lead role.
• Exposure to serverless architecture, GraphQL, or modern cloud-native frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
