Job Description :

We are looking for a client-facing Apollo Admin to manage and deliver onboarding experience for clients. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth setup, integration, and understanding of the Apollo platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong screen presence, and hands-on experience with Apollo's functionalities and integrations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct structured onboarding programs for new clients using the Apollo platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, primarily in the EMEA region.
• Explain Apollo’s capabilities, features, and integration options clearly and effectively.
• Address client queries with confidence and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to active use.
• Understand and explain what can and cannot be integrated within the Apollo ecosystem.
• Customize onboarding sessions based on the client’s business model and technical setup.
