Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage budgeting processes and forecasts to support financial planning.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Supervise the accounting team and ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial record management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
