Salary Range : 3.2LPA to 4.2LPA (Candidates with higher expected CTC, please refrain from applying to this job)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Services Support Specialist (Level I / II) with Inbound International Voice experience to join our dynamic client services team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a world-class service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound client calls and emails professionally, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Actively listen to client concerns, demonstrate empathy, and offer effective solutions.
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Availity’s products, services, and processes.
  • Strive to meet or exceed service level targets, quality standards, and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : 1–3 years in an inbound international voice process. Experience in talking to American Clients is a must.
  • Education : Graduate in any discipline.
  • Skills :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good typing speed.
  • Availability :
  • Willing to work in US shift (India night shift) .
  • Comfortable with working from office full-time.
