This 6-month Design Trainee Fellowship is crafted for design graduates, self-taught designers, or early-career professionals who are passionate about problem-solving through design and eager to gain hands-on experience. It's not about academic projects — it's about real client work, fast learning, and building a foundation aligned with global design standards .

What You'll Do

• Contribute to user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Translate user needs and business goals into seamless, intuitive digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with experienced designers (including IIT alumni) on live projects across fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and consumer tech.
• Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and client discussions.
• Create responsive, pixel-perfect UI in Figma, following Material Design best practices.
• Get feedback, iterate quickly, and push your creative limits every day.
