Role & Responsibilities :
On-Site Troubleshooting
- Respond promptly to technical issues and equipment breakdowns, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Preventive Maintenance
Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.Equipment Installation
Install, configure, and commission new equipment and systems as required.Technical Support
Provide technical assistance to team members, customers, and end-users to resolve operational issues and answer queries.Documentation
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and troubleshooting procedures for compliance and reference.Safety Compliance
Ensure all work is carried out following safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Collaboration
Coordinate with other O&M teams and departments to ensure smooth operation and execution of maintenance tasks.Training & Development
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices related to equipment and systems being supported.Preferred Candidate Profile :
Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment installation.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to safety protocols.Basic knowledge of operational systems and technical support processes.Skills Required
