Job description
  • Students from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products / services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, interests, and buying motivations.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize follow-up accordingly.
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and product / service details.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns raised by prospects to encourage interest and trust.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective Students from provided leads or databases.
  • Introduce our products / services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and facilitate the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products / services, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Adhere to scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards while communicating with prospects.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions to enhance performance.
  • Preferred candidate profile High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or communication is a plus.
  • Requirement : -

    • Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Persuasive and confident speaking voice with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Strong listening and questioning skills to uncover customer needs effectively.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
    • Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
    • Previous experience in the Education sector is mandatory.
