📍 Location : Ahmedabad | Onsite

🕒 Working Hours : 11 : 30 AM to 7 : 30 PM, 5 Days a Week (Fixed 8 Hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a Professional Graphic Designer with an exceptional eye for design and a deep understanding of visual communication. This role involves evaluating the work quality of freelancers across multiple creative domains, ensuring the highest global standards of design excellence.

You will collaborate with freelancers and buyers from around the world, reviewing diverse projects, and helping identify top creative professionals who represent true design quality.

• Key Responsibilities Evaluate and score freelancer submissions in categories such as :
• Logo Design
• Stationery Design
• UI / UX Design
• Brand Style Guides
• Banner and Poster Design
• Photoshop Editing and Image Manipulation
• Assess design work for creativity, originality, technical execution, and adherence to brand or brief.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback in fluent English to justify evaluations.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain consistent evaluation standards.
• Contribute to improving assessment processes and creative benchmarks.
• Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or related creative fields.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Figma, etc.).
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and evaluative abilities with a high sense of fairness and consistency.
• Passion for creative quality and a sharp visual sense.
