Recruitment Partner, Technology

Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Recruitment Partner, Engineering to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and help attract world-class software engineering talent. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand business priorities, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Your ability to identify, engage, and assess top engineering professionals will directly impact our company’s continued growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with engineering hiring managers to define talent needs and lead full-cycle recruitment for senior technical roles.

Source and engage top-tier candidates through direct outreach, networking, and innovative recruiting strategies.

Evaluate technical talent with a strong understanding of software engineering principles, tools, and systems.

Deliver a seamless and transparent hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Collaborate with HR, immigration, and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Stay informed on market trends and provide data-driven insights to influence hiring strategies.

Requirements

8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, either in-house or within a leading search firm.

Deep familiarity with engineering domains such as backend, distributed systems, SRE, and cloud infrastructure.

Proven success sourcing, assessing, and closing top engineering talent in competitive markets.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with ATS and HR systems, plus a data-driven approach to hiring.

A collaborative mindset with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
