R R Group is a growing industrial insulation company providing thermal, hot, and cold insulation services for plants, pipelines, and equipment across Gujarat. We specialize in high-quality insulation work for chemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and field-oriented Referral Marketing Salesperson to promote our insulation services and generate new project leads by visiting industries in and around Ankleshwar GIDC. The candidate will focus on building relationships, collecting work references, and connecting with engineers, purchase managers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Visit industrial plants, contractors, and consultants in GIDC and nearby areas to promote R R Group’s insulation services.

Build strong connections with site engineers, maintenance heads, and project managers to identify potential projects.

Generate referral leads and project references for insulation work (hot, cold, acoustic, etc.).

Maintain a daily visit and lead report of industries contacted.

Coordinate with the back-office team for quotations, follow-ups, and project updates.

Support the sales team in closing deals and arranging site visits.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education : Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Graduate preferred.

Experience : 1–3 years in industrial marketing, sales, or field promotion (preferably in GIDC or project-based industries).

Skills :

Good communication and networking skills

Knowledge of Ankleshwar GIDC industries

Basic understanding of insulation or construction services (preferred)

Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Salary & Benefits

Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives per project lead conversion

Travel allowance for site visits

Performance-based growth opportunities

Work Timings

Monday to Saturday

9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM
