Appian Delivery / Squad Lead :

Lead and manage the Appian development squad to deliver high-quality BPM solutions on time and within scope.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian applications, ensuring best practices and standards.

Mentor team members, facilitate agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Manage risks, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.

• Require Appian Certified Architect or Appian Certified Lead Developer certification for proven expertise.
