About the job :

  • We are looking for a highly qualified Director - Healthcare Product Engineering who shall be responsible for the strategy and blueprint of our product or product line.
  • Communicate business value to the product team in a clear, concise way to ensure the team understands the purpose behind the new product or release.
  • Lead the product team and all aspects from the conception of the product to its launch.
  • Meets the business needs with on-time and with high-quality deliverables.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to oversee the development and improvement of products and understand the customer experience to determine potential future requirements.
  • The position requires an experienced product management professional with the right mix of relevant experience and skills, an ability to flex between the strategic and the tactical, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented customer centric Hands on Experience in Development in Microsoft Stack Technologies .

Define and be accountable for product goals and metrics.

  • Initiate and submit for approval new product development projects.
  • Responsible for overseeing the completion of requirement definitions, functional and technical specifications, architecture definition, database design, technical implementation, unit and integration testing of systems for product development.
  • Work with all functional and technical leads and teams to bring the product commonality into reality.
  • Resolve technical issues, remove impediments from teams, and communicate product status along the way to key stakeholders / leaders in product department.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, reviews / demos, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies.
  • Facilitate product status meetings and conflict resolution.
  • Set goals and develop metrics and reports using JIRA to help the team understand product health and progress.
  • Support the product road map to meet business objectives and goals.
  • Develop business case and rationale for new product investments.
  • Assist on collateral for sales demonstrations and customer events.
  • Translate analytics, data and user feedback into actionable product Passion for innovation with continuous learning mind set and willingness to explore new technologies, processes and methodologies to contribute to the success of product.
  • Possess an extensive experience working in product(s) from the start.
  • 25+ years of work experience and a Bachelor's Degree
  • Over 15+ years in a Product Management role
  • Deep knowledge of Agile framework
  • Deep knowledge of technology, software development life cycle, engineering operations, platform components & services, databases, etc.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Decisive but inclusive decision-making in a fast-paced environment
