Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Retail Solution Architect to assist our existing clients in identifying and solving their challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in implementing transformation projects and will play a crucial role in our retail business growth. This role requires an excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to ensuring successful business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive Partner-Led Growth, Incremental Growth, and Delivery-Led Growth strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in Sales and Growth by leading Presales activities, managing RFP submissions, and developing long-term strategies to foster business expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of growth levers and the ability to collaborate across teams to accelerate revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive the design and implementation of innovative retail strategies, leveraging cutting-edge digital, cloud, and AI technologies in areas such as supply chain (with a focus on inventory management, logistics, order management & procurement), omnichannel commerce, customer experience platforms, and smart retail innovations.
• Collaborate closely with retail, fashion industry, distribution, apparels, and consumer goods clients to understand their business needs, identify problems, and propose effective comprehensive solutions (including blueprints & design specifications), lead the implementation of transformation projects by providing architectural guidance & oversight throughout the project lifecycle from initial concept to delivering successful engagement outcomes.
