Job descriptionDevelop and manage scientific content for HCPs, patients, and internal teams Plan in-clinic marketing assets : visual aids, LBLs, case-profilers, newsletters, re-writing articles, product monographs, patient education materials, etc. Define content themes and messaging for each edition of multi-part campaigns Strategize pre-launch content, clinical study inputs, and educational tools Ensure scientific accuracy, compliance, and audience relevance across all deliverables Design and execute HCP engagement plans beyond the clinic : Clinical studies, publications, advisory boards, conferences Digital marketing : emailers, webcasts, webpages, apps, social media, videos, byte-sized content Lead HCP-to-HCP engagement formats : webinars, CMEs, focus groups, congress sessions, podcasts Develop patient education content and tools tailored to literacy and emotional needs Plan public awareness campaigns, support group materials, and social media outreach Collaborate with creative teams to ensure empathy-driven, compliant messaging Serve as the primary medical and strategic point of contact for clients and agencies Lead projects end-to-end—from brief intake and strategy development to execution and delivery Present recommendations, content plans, and engagement strategies with clarity and confidence Manage timelines, feedback loops, and stakeholder expectations across multiple brands and channels

Qualification : Graduate / PG in related fields
Location : Mumbai (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Scientific Positioning
- Define long-term scientific positioning and strategic direction for brands across lifecycle stages
- Identify evidence gaps and guide publication planning, KOL engagement, and CME strategy
- Monitor competitor landscape, emerging science, and market trends to inform brand decisions
- Request and interpret brand plans and SWOT analyses to shape content strategy and messaging
