🎯 Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for multiple job categories (Education, Non-Teaching, IT, Sales & more). This is a high-impact role where your contribution directly helps candidates get jobs and clients hire faster.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Source relevant candidates through portals, social media, and internal database
• Screen candidates and evaluate qualifications, experience & communication
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients
• Maintain daily / weekly recruitment reports & targets
• Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles
• Guide job seekers about relevant job opportunities
• Follow Tallento.ai’s recruitment SOP and quality benchmarks
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and clients
• Work closely with team leaders for closures & performance
