Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Zoho CRM Developer. The Zoho CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Zoho CRM applications to meet the specific needs of our clients. This includes customizing CRM workflows, developing integrations with other systems, managing databases, and creating web services. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless CRM functionality.

Qualifications

• Zoho CRM certification is must
• 1-2 years of experience in Zoho CRM.
• Proficiency in Software Development
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
• Skills in creating and managing Integrations
• Knowledge of Databases and data management
• Understanding and experience with Web Services
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with Zoho CRM development is a plus
