Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of our nationwide District Partner Program. The role involves identifying, engaging, and converting partner leads across India, helping to expand oRRbit’s software distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
Identify & qualify potential partner leads across India
Conduct professional outreach through calls, WhatsApp, and email
Present software solutions and partnership model; schedule demos
Convert qualified leads into active partners
Maintain accurate daily reports on calls, leads, and closures
Collaborate with senior management to improve strategies and outcomes
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales or partner acquisition (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali (written & verbal)
Comfortable with tele-calling, video presentations, and remote client interactions
Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary : ₹30,000 / month
