Contract Labour Management :
- Timely Issuing of Gate pass based on management s approval
- Labour Data updation in kronos system.
- Ensure 100% scheduling of CL in Kronos
- Ensure leave encashment for CL
- Reach out Contract Labour at shop floor address their grievances and also ensure discipline of labours.
Salary & wages administration :
Implementation of Minimum wages as per Min. Wages Act.Work on timely disbursement of wage of contract labourCoordinate with contractors on timely submission of billsVerification of bills with kronos systemEnsure case ID generation on the same day when bill submitted at IR office.Preparation of PF statement and all related documentsSend reports on payment status as per requirement.MIS & Reports :
Generation of various reports of contract labour like daily deployment report, bill status reports, non-compliance reports of 7,10&15 days of continuous work report.Sharing data for MIS without any errorGeneration of OT reportStatutory Compliances :
Implementation of compliance related to Minimum wages Act and Payment of wages act and Employee Provident fund & Miscellaneous provision Act 1952.Ensure Labour Licence for all contractorsEnsure Workmen Compensation Policy for all contract labourMaintain Gratuity provision for all contract labour who are eligible according to the law.Timely disbursement of Bonus as per law.Laison :
Maintain lesioning with contractor and supervisor for ease completion of work.Maintain good lesioning with local leaders for better solving of issues related to labourSkills Required
