Looking for a dynamic leader to manage daily operations, coordinate with landlords, investors, celebrity chefs & bar talent, and ensure top-notch guest experiences across our award-winning outlets. Strong F&B operations, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills are necessary.

8+ years premium F&B experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgets, P&L, cost control, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with landlords, investors, celebrity chefs, and bar personalities for activations and collaborations.
• Partner with culinary and bar teams for menu planning, events, and guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Drive sales, marketing initiatives, and community-building efforts to maximize revenue.
• Provide regular operational and financial updates to leadership.
