Senior Snowflake Developer

We are seeking a  Data Analyst  for one of our  leading product-based clients in the USA (North America region) .

Location : ChennaiMinimum of 7 to 10 years Datawarehouse experience

Strong SQL skills and proficient with Snowflake DDL / DML, streams & tasks

Experience in ELT pipelines using Snowflake features (stages, file formats, COPY, Snow pipe)

Knowledgeable about warehouses sizing, auto-suspend, auto-resume, resource monitors

Experience in creating Snowflake 0P- Tables and tuning

Semi-structured data handling (VARIANT, OBJECT, ARRAY) and JSON parsing

Streams & Tasks for near-real-time processing and Change Data Capture (CDC)

Time Travel, Zero-Copy Clone for data management and testing

Experience implementing Security best practices : roles, RBAC, masking policies, network policies, MFA

Integration with ETL tools like Informatica

BI tools Integration -  Power BI

Informatica experience – nice to have

Soft skills / business-facing capabilities

Translate business requirements into data models and pipelines

Data modeling best practices and metadata / documentation

Communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of data issues

Mentoring and knowledge-sharing within teams
