Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at Creative Sapiens LLP, located in Ahmedabad. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategizing business plans, identifying opportunities for growth, and working collaboratively with the team to execute the company's vision. Additional responsibilities include handling sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, forging partnerships, and managing resources. As a leader, the Co-Founder will also be expected to motivate the team, represent the company in meetings, and make pivotal business decisions.
