One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio is looking for a Director of Finance to join the business and help the Founder scale the finance function.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute all financial operations like payroll processing, vendor payouts and collections(accounts receivables).
- Oversee and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain financial models to support the company's strategic planning
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Oversee the company's internal controls, cash management and audit processes
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
- Support fundraising efforts
