Founding Backend Intern

Role Description

This isn't a routine internship, it's a builder's seat in a startup transitioning from prototype to pilot. You'll work directly with the founder to design and build the core backend that powers a real-time, intelligent system. Your ideas, experience, and technical curiosity will actively shape the product. Expect hands-on challenges, open problem-solving, and the thrill of seeing your code run in the physical world. Qualifications

• Proficient in Node.js / JavaScript or Python, with experience building APIs and working with sockets.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Solid grasp of databases.
• Curious about real-time systems, AI APIs, and edge devices.
• Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and eager to learn by building.
