We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and niche technology skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on strategic requirements and a strong ability to source, screen, and close candidates for specialized IT roles.

• Full-cycle recruitment for ERP, CRM, and technology positions.
• Understand client needs, particularly for complex projects, and deliver high-quality profiles within agreed timelines.
• Source candidates using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
• Built long-lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have 2–10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with proven expertise in ERP, CRM, and technology solutions. Prior experience working on large-scale hiring is highly valued.
