Deputy Manager - Supplier Quality Assurance (Sheet Metal )

We are seeking a proactive Deputy Manager - Supplier Quality Assurance with a strong background in sheet metal . The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality planning and execution, managing all supplier quality-related activities, and overseeing receiving inspection operations. You will be instrumental in implementing action plans to reduce key quality metrics and ensure the highest standards for all raw and incoming materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Planning & Management : Lead quality planning & execution efforts for all suppliers. You will be responsible for all supplier quality related activities and providing support to the team.
• Inspections & Audits : Oversee receiving inspection operations . This includes conducting inspections and clearance of child part lots at the receipt stage as per MISP (Material Incoming Specification Plan) . You will also be involved in managing Quality Systems & Audits .
• Performance & Improvement : Implement action plans to address key gaps highlighted through dashboards like PPM (Parts Per Million), COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) , and QPR (Quality Performance Report) . You will also be responsible for the quality inspection of raw / incoming materials .
