Responsibilities :

• Exhibit a solution & advisory-oriented mindset.
• Act as a Strategic Talent Advisor – go beyond filling roles and work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment with business goals.
• Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing channels, engage passive candidates, and leverage networks to find top talent.
• Partner with Leadership, HR, and Hiring Managers to facilitate a strategic, efficient recruiting process.
• Provide direction, mentoring, and training to the recruiting team.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for respective business units.
• Lead global talent acquisition projects and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Be the Employer Brand Advocate, ensuring a positive candidate & stakeholder experience.
• Develop meaningful relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Conduct talent analytics to support business decisions and accelerate performance.
• Recruit efficiently to improve KPIs, meet industry benchmarks, and achieve hiring deadlines for business-critical roles.
