Job description

Architecture and Design :

  • Design and implement architecture solutions for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams that align with business needs.
  • Develop scalable and secure solutions that support enterprise communication and collaboration.

Strategic Planning and Implementation :

  • Lead the planning and execution of M365 and Teams deployments and migrations.
  • Develop roadmaps and strategic plans for the adoption and optimization of Microsoft services.

    • Advanced Administration and Management :

  • Oversee the administration of M365 services, including user management, licensing, and policy enforcement.
  • Manage complex configurations and integrations with other enterprise systems.

    • Security and Compliance :

  • Architect security and compliance frameworks for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Ensure data protection and regulatory compliance through best practices and advanced configurations.

    • Technical Leadership and Support :

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to IT teams and end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level issues related to Microsoft 365 and Teams.

    • Optimization and Innovation :

  • Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft technologies for business innovation and process improvement.
  • Evaluate new features and tools, recommending their adoption where beneficial.

    • Training and Documentation :

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, configurations, and processes.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate IT staff and end-users on new technologies and best practices.

    • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in designing and managing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams environments.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance within Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
