Position:Guest Relations Executive
Location:Greater Noida
Job Description:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback and strive to resolve issues to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in hospitality business real estate or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 years experience in customer service or client relations into hospitality or in real estate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A passion for real estate and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
