Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
Conduct workshops and analyze business processes to identify gaps and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Configure and customize the SAP SD module, including but not limited to, sales order types, item categories, pricing procedures, output determination, and credit management.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments (RICEF : Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) and work closely with the ABAP development team.
Manage and monitor IDoc and RFC (Remote Function Call) processes for seamless data exchange between SAP and external systems.
Provide expert support for production issues, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education : Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : More than 8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD consultant, with a strong background in both implementation and support projects.
Technical Proficiency :
In-depth knowledge of core SAP SD functionalities, including pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management, e-invoicing
Demonstrated experience with IDoc configuration, monitoring, and error handling.
Proficiency in RFC connections and their monitoring
Practical experience with e-invoicing processes, including understanding of legal requirements and technical setup.
Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules, particularly FI / CO (Finance and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
