We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated On-Field Sales Executive to join our team in Shrirampur. The role involves meeting clients, visiting sites, converting inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers, project sites, offices, and dealers to generate leads
- Explain product features, designs, and prices (furniture & modular furniture)
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market
- Coordinate with design, production, and showroom teams
- Maintain daily visit logs and submit reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in field sales (Furniture, Interior, Building materials preferred)Strong communication and negotiation skillsTwo-wheeler mandatoryAbility to travel daily within Shrirampur and nearby areasBasic understanding of modular furniture, materials, or interiors (plus point)Self-driven, target-oriented, and confidentMarathi & Hindi fluencySend your resume to : hr@papillonfurniture.com
