RPSG Group , is a leading multi-format retailer with a strong presence in food and grocery. As we expand our

quick commerce grocery platform, Jiffy , we’re looking for a

CRM Executive / Marketing Assistant

to help drive engaging customer communication strategies.

What You’ll Do

Plan and execute CRM campaigns to boost customer engagement, retention, and conversions.

Coordinate with design and content teams for creative and copy requirements.

Manage campaigns across

Push, Email, WhatsApp, and In-App notifications .

Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CVR, retention rate, churn rate, etc.) and share actionable insights.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness.

Maintain CRM data hygiene and identify automation / personalization opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

Fresher Graduates with internship experience

in marketing communications or CRM are welcome!

Strong writing and editing skills — ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.

Basic understanding of CRM or campaign management tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, etc.) is a plus.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

Eye for detail, timing, and creativity in communication.
