Key Responsibilities
Cross functional hiring of Sales / Operations and Leadership Hiring.
Responsible for all recruitment related activities for pan India operations.
Coordinating with different department heads for open positions.
Headhunting for junior and senior level profiles internally using online
portal / references.
Using hiring channels like LinkedIn / Naukri.
Updating online job posting and searching relevant profiles using online job portals.
Meeting, aligning & coordinating with local institutes / academies for hiring activities.
Shortlisting, scrutinizing, and screening candidate profiles and information as per the
requirement.
Create weekly / monthly reports on hiring status for all operational centers.
Conduct first level telephonic interview of shortlisted candidates and coordinate
subsequent rounds with the department heads.
Follow up with the candidates till their joining.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities.
Desired Profile :
Excellent communication skills.
4 – 6 years of experience in handling hard core recruitment activities.
Prior experience of cross functional hiring of Sales / Leadership hiring.
Education : MBA is Preferred
