Business Process Specialist

About the Role :

• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost customer experience, while developing strategic solutions and maintaining comprehensive process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process changes with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement process metrics for performance measurement, and conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to standards.
• Work with data scientists and IT teams to leverage AI and automation technologies for process improvement and efficiency, including developing AI-powered automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize process improvement initiatives, escalate priority issues, and actively participate in team meetings to review key risk and process indicators.
• Evaluate systems and procedures, trace ripple effects of upstream process changes, and recommend improvements to drive process efficiency.
