About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions tailored for architecture and engineering workflows. This role requires a strong technical leader who can architect scalable AI systems, guide a growing team, and pioneer innovations in 2D-to-3D transformation, render automation, computer vision, and generative design. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how AI accelerates our mission of redefining architectural visualisation and property marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture : Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI systems and pipelines, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.
• Technical Leadership : Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and establish best practices for AI / ML development.
• Model Development & Optimization : Build, train, and optimize advanced AI models in computer vision and generative AI to convert 2D plans and assets into high-fidelity 3D visuals.
• Integration & Deployment : Develop APIs and services to integrate AI models seamlessly into visualisation workflows and production systems.
• Research & Innovation : Explore emerging technologies (e.g., GANs, Diffusion Models, multimodal AI) and evaluate their application to architectural visualisation and engineering design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with architects, visualisation specialists, and product teams to translate design challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Quality & Governance : Define standards for performance monitoring, version control, and responsible AI practices to ensure reliability and trustworthiness.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Ph.D. is a plus). 4+ years of hands-on AI / ML experience with a proven track record of building and deploying production-ready AI solutions. Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, and generative AI architectures (GANs, Diffusion Models, Transformers). Strong background in computer vision, image processing, and 3D data handling. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Vertex AI, etc.). Solid understanding of architecture, engineering, or design workflows and how AI can be applied within them. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
