Key Responsibilities :
1. Market Analysis & Research :
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and industry research relevant to the company and its competitors.
- Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and investment community sentiment.
- Prepare detailed equity research reports and financial models.
2. Communication & Relationship Management :
Maintain and build strong relationships with sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and brokerage firms.Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and analyst briefings.Serve as a trusted point of contact for queries from the investment community.3. Messaging & Disclosure :
Collaborate with the corporate communications and finance teams to develop clear and consistent messaging.Support the preparation of investor presentations, quarterly earnings releases, and annual reports.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and market disclosure norms.4. Strategic Input :
Provide insights and feedback from the sell-side community to senior management.Support the development of investor relations strategies to enhance company visibility and valuation.Track analyst recommendations and investor sentiment to inform strategic decision-making.Key Requirements :
Education :Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.CFA or MBA preferred.Experience :3–6 years experience in equity research, investment banking, sell-side analyst role, or investor relations.Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation techniques, and equity analysis.Skills :Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, or similar tools.Skills Required
