About the Role
At Per4mance Guru , we don’t just "run ads"—we scale businesses. We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert who lives and breathes data, creative strategy, and rapid scaling. You must have a proven track record of managing monthly spends of ₹10L+ and delivering over ₹50 Lakhs in monthly sales for D2C brands in India.
This is a high-impact role requiring an "agency-bred" professional who can balance multiple high-growth accounts while maintaining a razor-sharp focus on ROAS and Contribution Margin .
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for D2C brands.
- Aggressive Scaling : Identify winning pockets and scale accounts from ₹5L to ₹50L+ in monthly revenue while keeping CAC within targets.
- Creative Strategy : Collaborate with the design team to develop high-converting "hooks" and ad formats (Reels, UGC, Static). You must be able to write compelling ad copy that resonates with Indian consumers.
- Technical Excellence : Expert-level management of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Catalog Sales (DPA).
- Data Analysis : Use GA4, TripleWhale, or Northbeam (if applicable) to track the Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) and blended ROAS.
- A / B Testing : Constantly test landing pages, offer structures, and creative angles to beat "creative fatigue."
What We Are Looking For
The "Agency" Edge : You must have worked in a fast-paced agency environment. You know how to manage client expectations and juggle multiple niche-specific strategies.D2C Specialist : Deep understanding of the Indian e-commerce landscape, including seasonality (festive sales), Tier 2 / 3 audience behavior, and the impact of COD / RTO on performance.Mathematical Mindset : You don't just report "Clicks"; you understand the relationship between AOV (Average Order Value), LTV (Lifetime Value), and scaling.Tool Kit : Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables are your best friend), and Google Analytics.Success Metrics (KPIs)
