Prior industry / consulting / entrepreneurial experience in a fast-paced client facing role delivering on Digital Transformation, Process assessment related responsibilities

Key responsibilities on this role may include but not be limited to :

Process Consulting knowhow :

Deep understanding of the industrials vertical & the ability to contexualize industry problems

Understanding of digital tools such as SAP, Orcale & Business Intelligence suits etc.

Process understanding with hands on experince in Supply chain & Business operations

Process assessment & benchmarking skills, prior exposure to Signavio / Celonis would be a plus

Project management skills preferrably with experience in Agile & LEAN methodologies

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication skills (verbal as well as written)

Right attitude with the willingness to work in demanding client environment

Undertake necessary upskilling efforts to learn cutting edge technology & solutions

Business acumen to drive meaningful stakeholder engagements

Team spirited & collaborative, with the ability to work with multicultural & global teams

Accountability, client centricity & empathy

Qualifications

A post graduate degree in Business management & Bachelor’s degree in a numerate area

Travel readiness for short-term or long-term stints within India & across the globe
