Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller, located in Bhubaneswar. The Caller will manage outgoing and incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and build effective communication with clients. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, resolving customer concerns, and providing detailed feedback to relevant teams to improve service quality. The role will also involve some administrative tasks related to call tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate call records
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Time management and organizational skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in customer interactions
• Familiarity with CRM software or call logging systems is an advantage
